At the 2025 Taiwan National Day Celebration, 3D printing technology was seamlessly integrated with the nation’s floral arrangements for the very first time. This groundbreaking collaboration—between EverPrint and the Taiwan Florist Transworld Delivery Association (TFTD)—transformed the traditional stage into a vivid expression of Taiwan’s creative and technological spirit. It was not only a visual feast, but also a symbol of how innovation and craftsmanship can coexist in harmony with cultural beauty.
Through EverPrint’s large-format 3D printing technology, digital concepts were transformed into tangible, sculptural structures that served as the foundation for TFTD’s exquisite floral compositions. Each printed form was precisely designed to complement the rhythm of natural growth, allowing the flowers to weave through curved geometries and flow effortlessly across the stage. The result was an elegant dialogue between the man-made and the organic—between engineered precision and the softness of nature.
Together, EverPrint and TFTD reimagined what a national celebration could look like. From concept to realization, EverPrint’s 3D printing team approached every stage of the project with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring that each piece achieved both visual elegance and structural integrity.
In the early design phase, we used digital modeling software to develop the curved forms, collaborating closely with the TFTD floral design team to refine the arrangement, proportions, openings, and supporting points for each floral composition. Every curve and recess was carefully considered—not only to reflect the organic rhythm of natural growth, but also to guarantee structural stability and ease of installation. After multiple simulations and slicing tests, we finalized a design that perfectly balanced beauty and strength.
During fabrication, EverPrint’s self-developed large-format pellet 3D printer was employed, featuring high-speed extrusion and high-resolution path control to ensure precise layer alignment throughout production.
To enhance on-site efficiency, hidden joints and modular connections were integrated within the design, allowing large components to be quickly assembled and securely fixed in position. This installation-oriented approach transformed 3D printing from a creative process into an integral part of construction and realization.
From digital modeling and material selection to on-site assembly, the entire process demonstrated EverPrint’s dedication to achieving the perfect harmony of precision × aesthetics × functionality.
